Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage the daily of complex facility systems (Mechanical, Electrical) to ensure zero downtime.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 10 facility specialists, managing task assignments and performance standards.
• Project Execution: Lead facility-related upgrades, installations, and infrastructure improvement initiatives from planning to completion.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous technical records, maintenance logs, and safety documentation in line with industry standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key point of contact for internal departments and external vendors, reporting directly to regional management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in facility management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.
• Language: Intermediate English (A2-B1 level) for effective communication with a regional manager.
• Competencies: Strong project management skills, detail-oriented reporting, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
