• ให้บริการและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการฝากปล่อยเช่า-ขายโครงการคอนโดมิเนียมมือหนึ่งและมือสองของบริษัทฯ
• ดำเนินกิจกรรมการตลาดเพื่อหาลูกค้าและปิดการขาย/เช่า โดยรับฝากทรัพย์ ถ่ายภาพและโพสต์โปรโมทผ่านเว็บไซต์ ติดต่อเสนอขาย/เช่า นัดหมายนำชม และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาหากไม่สามารถปิดการขาย/เช่าได้ตามเป้าหมาย
• บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ E-brokerage ให้ครบถ้วน และจัดทำรายงานสรุปการจองส่งหัวหน้างานทุกสัปดาห์
• จัดทำสัญญาเช่า ตรวจสอบเงินมัดจำ ประสานงานกับฝ่ายธุรการเรื่องหลักฐานการเงิน นัดหมายแม่บ้าน/ช่างเพื่อเตรียมห้อง และประสานงานกับนิติบุคคลเกี่ยวกับมิเตอร์น้ำ-ไฟ
• ให้บริการหลังการขาย รวมถึงติดตามค่าเช่า/ค่าปรับกรณีค้างชำระ ประสานงานซ่อมแซมสิ่งของชำรุด ติดตามการต่อสัญญาเช่า และดูแลความเรียบร้อยของห้องเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญาหรือยกเลิกสัญญากลางคัน

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Qualifications)

• วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขาวิชา (หากจบด้านการตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย/บริหารทรัพย์สิน (เช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์)  1–2 ปีขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• ทักษะความรู้:

  • มีทักษะการสื่อสาร เจรจาโน้มน้าวใจ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

  • ภาษา: มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (สื่อสารกับผู้เช่าชาวต่างชาติได้)

  • สามารถถ่ายภาพห้องพักเพื่อใช้ในการโปรโมตได้อย่างสวยงามน่าสนใจ

  • ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม MS Office และเรียนรู้ระบบงาน (เช่น E-brokerage) ได้ดี

• ทัศนคติและบุคลิกภาพ: มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind), มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, ละเอียดรอบคอบเรื่องเอกสารสัญญา และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง

• ยานพาหนะและการเดินทาง: มีรถยนต์/รถจักรยานยนต์ส่วนตัว (พร้อมใบขับขี่) และสามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานประจำโครงการต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ ได้

This business is operated by Thai-Lysaght Co., Ltd. And it has been in operation for more than 30 years.

Energy Business

This is a Business which is operated in the form of investment in the business of managing energy from fuel source of unwanted natural materials jointly with economical and low-pollution fuel, as well as providing engineering management and energy conservation consulting services.

Other Businesses

Through Forward System Company Limited, The company operates a business of selling automatic car parking system under the system called “One Smart Touch” which controls the entrance and exit or projects, building, lifts, by using just one card, and also acts as the distribution agent of time recording system and CCTV.
