• Sales & Presentation: Present condominium products professionally to potential clients and effectively close sales to meet targets.

• End-to-End Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding end-to-end customer journey, including welcoming walk-in clients, conducting unit tours, following up on leads, and managing sales agreements.

• Financial & Bank Coordination: Assist customers with mortgage loan applications and coordinate smoothly with financial institutions/banks.

• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

• Handover & Ownership Transfer: Manage the transfer period by coordinating unit inspections, handovers, and ownership transfers with buyers.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Construction, Customer Relations) to ensure smooth operations.

• Other Duties: Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales. Prior experience with a Property Developer is a strong advantage.

• Specialized Knowledge: Candidates with prior experience selling condominium projects in the Bangna, Bearing, or Samut Prakan zones will receive special consideration.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with strong business acumen.

• Personality & Appearance: Smart, well-groomed, and well-presented with a polished, professional image.

• Service Mindset: Outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong service mind.

• Drive & Motivation: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious in achieving sales targets.
