Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Managing all administrative, logistical, and communication functions of the CEO's office in order to maximize the CEO's efficiency, effectiveness, and ability to focus on strategic company goals.

Main Responsibilities

1.Manage the CEO's complex calendar and daily workflow by strategically prioritizing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and acting as the primary gatekeeper in order to protect the CEO's time and align it with key business priorities.

2.Prepare for and manage all executive-level meetings by drafting agendas, taking accurate meeting minutes, and proactively tracking all action items to completion in order to ensure executive accountability and successful follow-through.

3.Serve as the primary liaison for the CEO's office by professionally managing all correspondence and communicating with senior management, board members, and external partners in order to ensure all communication is handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

4.Anticipate the needs of the CEO by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues, preparing briefing documents for upcoming meetings, and managing special projects in order to ensure the CEO is fully prepared and supported at all times.

5.Uphold the CEO's professional image by advising on personal branding, managing public-facing communications, and representing the CEO's office at designated functions in order to ensure a consistent and positive executive presence.

6.Coordinate all executive logistics by managing complex international/domestic travel, arranging itineraries, and processing confidential expenses and reports in order to provide a seamless and efficient administrative function.

7.Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Arts, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff, specifically supporting C-Level executives (CEO, CFO, COO).
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex, and international corporate environment is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in managing confidential information and complex scheduling.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Exceptional proactiveness, foresight, and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Flawless organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Utmost discretion and a deep understanding of confidentiality.
- Superior communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- A polished, professional demeanor and an understanding of corporate branding.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Fluency in Thai and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese will be an advantage.
