Responsibilities
Executing the marketing strategy for the coffee/noncoffee category, including market analysis, campaign planning, and project management, in order to achieve the sales and marketing objectives and increase sales volume to meet company target.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze the coffee/noncoffee market, competitor activities, and consumer behavior by conducting regular research and market visits in order to identify key insights and opportunities for strategic planning in product development.
- Execute the marketing strategy for the coffee/noncoffee category by helping to define product positioning, planning campaigns, and proposing pricing and budgets in order to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the execution of all coffee/noncoffee-related marketing campaigns by coordinating promotions, new product launches, sampling events, and other activities in order to ensure timely and effective implementation of the marketing plan.
- Coordinate the development of all marketing materials by briefing internal (e.g., graphics) and external (e.g., agency) teams on requirements for posters, contents, and sales tools in order to ensure all assets are delivered on time and align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor market movement and follow the performance of the coffee/noncoffee portfolio by tracking sales data and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities in order to identify issues, propose solutions, and report results to the Product Development Manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

-Share growth of the coffee/noncoffee category Successful sell-through rate of new product launches (NPL)
2.Campaign & Project Management
- % on-time execution of the coffee/noncoffee marketing/campaign calendar
- Adherence to the assigned campaign budget (e.g., +/- 5% variance)
- Positive feedback from team lead
3.Market & Performance Analysis
-% on-time delivery of market, competitor, and campaign performance reports
- Accuracy and quality of insights provided in analytical reports
Required Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements :
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or marketing analysis.
● Essential experience in the F&B, FMCG, or specifically the coffee/noncoffee industry.
● Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns from planning to execution and analysis.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements :
● Strong analytical skills (market, consumer, sales data).
● Excellent project management and coordination skills.
● Good communication skills with the ability to write clear briefs.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● A creative and commercially-minded approach to marketing.
