Responsibilities

IT officer 
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & System Support
Maintain and monitor company IT systems (servers, networks, computers, printers)
Provide technical support to internal users (office, warehouse, laboratory)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Ensure system uptime and performance optimization
2. ERP System (Microsoft Navision)
Support daily operations in Microsoft Navision
Assist users with: Sales, purchasing, inventory modules, Financial reporting and data retrieval
Coordinate with external consultants for system upgrades or customization
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement and monitor IT security policies
Manage user access control and permissions
Perform regular data backups and recovery testing
Protect company data, especially regulatory and customer-sensitive information
4. Digital & Business Support
Support internal systems such as: Email system / Shared drives / cloud systems
Assist in digitalization initiatives (e.g., e-tax invoice, document management systems)
Support website and basic SEO/online presence (coordinate with marketing if needed)
5. Manage IT vendors and service providers
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses
Control IT budget and procurement planning
7. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure IT systems comply with: Internal SOPs, Regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CAAT where relevant)
Maintain proper IT documentation, SOPs, and logs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support / system administration
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred)
Knowledge of networking, hardware, and system troubleshooting
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
Experience in laboratory, manufacturing, or trading company is an advantage
