Responsibilities

1. Procurement Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company growth

Forecast purchasing needs based on sales trends and inventory levels

Optimize cost, quality, and lead time across all procurement activities

2. Supplier Sourcing & Management

Identify and evaluate international and local suppliers

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts

Maintain strong relationships with key principals

Evaluate supplier performance

3. Import & Logistics Coordination

Oversee import processes, including: Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COA, Form E, etc.)

Coordination with freight forwarders and shipping agents

Ensure compliance with Thai regulations, Customs procedures

Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and documentation discrepancies

4. Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or overstock

Manage slow-moving and expired chemical stock

Control procurement budget and cost-saving initiatives

Ensure proper storage conditions aligned with chemical safety standards

5. ERP System (Microsoft Navision)

Ensure accuracy of: Purchase Orders (PO), Item charges, Inventory costing,

Coordinate with accounting for reconciliation and reporting

6. Team Leadership & Development

Lead and supervise procurement team members

Set KPIs and performance targets

Provide training on procurement processes, compliance, and systems

Improve team efficiency and workflow

7. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure procurement activities comply with: Company SOPs, Legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

5–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain

Experience in chemical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, or related industry is highly preferred

Strong experience in import/export processes and regulatory compliance

Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred)
