Responsibilities
- จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการยื่นขอใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารเคมี
- ยื่นคำขอและติดตามสถานะใบอนุญาตกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น อย., กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม, กรมการอุตสาหกรรมทหาร
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการเพื่อชี้แจงหรือแก้ไขเอกสารตามข้อกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามข้อกฎหมาย ประกาศ และหลักเกณฑ์ใหม่ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดทำและดูแลทะเบียนใบอนุญาต รวมถึงดำเนินการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตให้ทันกำหนด
- ประสานงานภายนอกกับลูกค้า และภายในบริษัท เช่น ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายขาย และคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานสอดคล้องกับใบอนุญาต
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขานิติศาสตร์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Regulatory Affairs 3-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในกฎระเบียบและข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานราชการเกี่ยวกับการทำใบอนุญาต
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกและภายในได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการตรวจสอบเอกสาร
- ความสามารถในการจัดทำหนังสือราชการและเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณา
- หากมีประสบการณ์การขอใบอนุญาตสำหรับวัตถุอันตรายหรือยุทธภัณฑ์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
