Responsibilities
- นำและบริหารทีมงานขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายที่กำหนดในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การขายเพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่และรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเดิม
- สรรหา คัดเลือก และพัฒนาศักยภาพของพนักงานขายในทีม
- ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และฝึกอบรมเทคนิคการขายแก่ทีมงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ติดตาม ประเมินผล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขายเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของทีม
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีมขายและนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานการขาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายรวม 5-10 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการขายและกลยุทธ์การสร้างยอดขาย
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับทีมงาน
- ทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดที่รับผิดชอบได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
