Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมกระบวนการรับเข้า จัดเก็บ เบิกจ่าย และจัดส่งสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับดูแลความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสต็อกสินค้าและดำเนินการตรวจสอบสต็อกเป็นประจำ
- วางแผนและจัดสรรพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้าในคลังให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
- ดูแลการจัดเก็บสารเคมี วัตถุอันตราย และสินค้าอันตรายให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบงานคลังสินค้าเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุน
- บริหารจัดการทีมงานคลังสินค้า รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายผลิต และฝ่ายขนส่ง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าและนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้า 5-8 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการคลังสินค้า
- มีความเข้าใจในหลักการจัดการคลังสินค้า การควบคุมสต๊อก การตรวจนับสินค้า หลัก FIFO/FEFO และซัพพลายเชนเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดเก็บสารเคมีและวัตถุอันตราย
- ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการทีมงานและทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน ระบบ ERP และระบบจัดการคลังสินค้า (WMS) ได้
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการปรับปรุงระบบงานคลังสินค้า หรือมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจสารเคมี ห้องปฏิบัติการ ยา หรือสินค้าอันตราย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
