Responsibilities
1.Provide and analyze financial planning to support corporate ‘s business plan , funding plan , financial risk management and credit rating
- Monitor and update corporate performance and CAPEX in financial models.
- Coordinate/discuss for scenarios and appropriate assumptions with other functions.
- Construct financial model.
- Provide financial projection of responsible , analyze result and give recommendation.
2.Evaluate new investment the financial point of view to support growth. - Forecast the future cash flow return.
3.Update financial instruments that might be appropriate for the Company. - Cooperate, discuss with financial institutions to give the Company’s requirements.
- Update related rules and regulations that might impact the Company’s financial policy, Investment decision or financial risk management actions.
4.Prepare Cash Flow Projection for liquidity management. Allocation of cash and working capital to maximize benefit. - Management of short-term investments (excess cash) and short-term funding (deficit cash).
- Maintain cash balance in the proper level.
- Prepare Cash Flow Projection.
3. Analyze business operations as well as suggesting ways to improve the financial condition that is appropriate for the business.
- Analyze financial ratio of business operations suit in time.
- Gather ,suggest the ways to improve the financial condition that is appropriate for the business.
5. Any other miscellaneous works as assigned. Other
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics / Business Administration.
- At least 1 years in the functional experiences.
- Experienced in analyze financial planning, Evaluate new investment, Cash Flow Projection for liquidity management.
