Responsibilities
- จัดทำเอกสารนำเข้า (Invoice , Packing List ,AWB/BL , อื่น ๆ)
- จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อดำเนินพิธีการส่งออก (Invoice , Packing List, AWB/BL , อื่นๆ )
- ติดตามสินค้าให้ถึงบริษัท ตรงตามจำนวน ทันเวลาและคุณภาพที่ต้องการ
- ติดต่อกับบริษัท Shipping เพื่อดำเนินพิธีการทางศุลกากร
- ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินพิธีการทางศุลกากรของ Forwarder และ Shipping ที่นำมาวางบิล และนำส่งแผนกบัญชี
- เข้าร่วมประชุมกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อวางแผนการสั่งซื้อ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกรณีสินค้ามีปัญหาในการขนส่งกับ Forwarder , Insurance , Supplier
- ความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถทำงานในระบบ SAP ได้ด้วยตนเอง
- มีความเข้าใจกระบวนการจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ (Incoterms, วิธีการชำระเงิน)
-ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารการค้าระหว่างประเทศ (LC, BL, CI, PL)
-ความถูกต้องแม่นยำของใบสั่งซื้อ/เอกสาร
-การจัดการปริมาณงานให้ทันกำหนด
-ทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่น ๆ
-ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน
-การปรับตัวเข้ากับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและทีม
-งานเลขาฯ ทั่วไป
Qualifications
- อายุ 30 - 43 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ 4 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และระบบ SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีผลทดสอบระดับภาษาอังกฤษ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
