Responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Distribution Center to lead and oversee all warehouse and distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing logistics processes, and delivering high service levels to support the company’s growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of the distribution center, including warehousing, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and workforce management.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across all distribution activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.

• Oversee the development and implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS)/warehouse control system (WCS) and automation tools.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for executive management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, transportation, and customer service teams.

• Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

• Plan and manage annual budgets, cost forecasts, and capital expenditures related to distribution operations.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, or service issues impacting distribution performance.

• Drive initiatives related to sustainability, lean operations, and innovation within the DC.

• Clearly define and manage operations across ambient, cold storage, and fulfillment sectors.

• Employee training, performance evaluation, and foster a strong organizational culture.

• Establish, monitor, and manage KPIs including customer SLA adherence and internal performance metrics.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

2. Experience working in or with major Thai logistics or retail companies, understanding local market dynamics.

3. Have experience managing logistics teams of over 500 employees, or those confident and eager to take on large-scale operations management challenges.

4. Candidates who seek exposure to cutting-edge logistics systems, automation, and large-scale operations in a best-in-class distribution environment.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

6. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

7. Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and logistics software tools.

8. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive performance through metrics and KPIs.

9. Fluency in English.
