1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์งาน HR อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในคลังสินค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
3. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน และระบบ Time Attendance
4. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และประสานงานกับพนักงานจำนวนมากได้
5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ได้ดี (เช่น Pivot, VLOOKUP)
7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานกับข้อมูลตัวเลขจำนวนมากได้
8. สามารถทำงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ได้
