• วางแผนตารางการขนส่งประจำวัน (Daily Transportation Schedule) 

• จัดสรรเที่ยวรถให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน 

• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า (Warehouse), Customer Service และฝ่ายปฏิบัติการขนส่ง 

• ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งและปรับแผนเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิด

2. Route Optimization

o ค่าน้ำมัน 

o ค่าเที่ยวรถ 

o ค่าแรงผู้ขับรถ 

o ค่าใช้จ่ายด้านทางด่วน 

• วิเคราะห์ KPI ด้านต้นทุนและประสิทธิภาพการขนส่ง 

• เสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ 

7. Transportation Performance Monitoring

• จัดทำรายงาน KPI เช่น 

o On-Time Delivery (OTD) 

o Truck Utilization 

o Delivery Productivity 

o Transportation Cost per Trip 

o Empty Mileage 

• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร 

8. Customer & Internal Coordination

• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับแผนการขนส่ง 

• แจ้งสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า 

• ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาขนส่งและทีมปฏิบัติการ 

• สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาการส่งมอบสินค้า
