• ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการโซ่อุปทาน บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Warehouse Operations หรือ Logistics อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมงานหรือหัวหน้างาน (Supervisor/Shift Leader)
• มีความรู้ด้าน Inbound, Outbound, Return และ Warehouse Operations
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี หากเคยใช้ WMS หรือ SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและบริหารทีมภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
