Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and coordinators to execute daily operational plans. This role ensures that all inbound, outbound, or inventory activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Execution: Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, to meet daily targets.
• Manpower Management: Allocate tasks to warehouse assistants and operators. Monitor attendance, performance, and provide on-the-job training.
• WMS Proficiency: Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Safety & 5S: Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and use equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) correctly.
• Problem Solving: Address immediate operational issues on the floor and escalate complex problems to the Section Manager.
• Reporting: Prepare daily shift reports, productivity logs, and error reports for management review.

Qualifications

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead hand role.
3. Technical Skills: Good command of WMS or SAP. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
5. Requirements: Must be able to work in shifts and be based at the Lamphun facility.
6. Physical Ability: Able to work in a warehouse environment and stand/walk for extended periods.
