Inventory Section Manager - ประจำคลังลาดกระบัง - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• บริหารและควบคุมงานคลังสินค้าให้มีความถูกต้องของสต็อกตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• วางแผนและควบคุมการตรวจนับสินค้า (Cycle Count / Stock Count) พร้อมวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของความคลาดเคลื่อน
• ควบคุมความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสินค้าทั้งในระบบ WMS และ ERP
• วิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานด้าน Inventory รวมถึง KPI เช่น Inventory Accuracy, Stock Variance และ Inventory Aging
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (Inbound, Outbound, Transport และ Customer Service) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านสินค้าคงคลัง
• กำหนดและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการทำงาน (SOP) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดข้อผิดพลาด
• วางแผนกำลังคนและบริหารทีม Inventory Supervisor, Inventory Officer และพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบและติดตามการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน (Continuous Improvement)
• สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบจากลูกค้า (Customer Audit) และการตรวจสอบภายใน (Internal Audit)
• จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหารเป็นประจำ
