• ควบคุมและติดตามการปฏิบัติงานด้านการขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและมาตรฐานของบริษัท
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของรถขนส่ง เอกสารการจัดส่ง และความถูกต้องก่อนการปล่อยรถ
• ควบคุมรอบการโหลดสินค้าและรอบการวิ่งรถให้เป็นไปตามแผน
• ติดตามสถานะการขนส่ง (Tracking) และประสานงานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาระหว่างการจัดส่ง
• บริหารจัดการเหตุการณ์เฉพาะหน้า เช่น รถเสีย อุบัติเหตุ การจราจร หรือการส่งมอบล่าช้า

• วางแผนและบริหารตารางการทำงานของพนักงานขับรถ รวมถึงการจัดกำลังคนและการทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT)
• ควบคุมวินัยการปฏิบัติงานของทีมงานให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบบริษัท
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของพนักงานขับรถก่อนปฏิบัติงาน
• ส่งเสริมและควบคุมการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย

• ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดด้านการขนส่ง เช่น
  • On-Time Delivery (OTD)
  • จำนวนเที่ยววิ่งต่อวัน
  • Fleet Utilization
  • Accident / Claim Rate
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและดำเนินการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการขนส่งอย่างต่อเนื่อง

• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า (Outbound) เพื่อให้การจัดส่งเป็นไปตามแผน
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง
• ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง (Transport Subcontractor) เพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพการให้บริการ
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงในการดูแลความพร้อมของรถขนส่ง
