Asset Supervisor ประจำคลังลาดกระบัง - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินและอุปกรณ์ภายในคลังสินค้า เช่น รถขนส่ง อุปกรณ์ Handling อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงาน
• ตรวจสอบจำนวน สภาพ และสถานะของทรัพย์สินให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
• วางแผนและควบคุมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์และทรัพย์สินให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษา และแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สิน
• ควบคุมการเบิกจ่าย การยืม-คืน และการโอนย้ายทรัพย์สินระหว่างพื้นที่/หน่วยงาน
• จัดทำและตรวจสอบ Asset Register รวมถึงเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพย์สิน
• ตรวจนับและทำ Asset Verification / Asset Audit ตามรอบที่กำหนด
• ติดตามและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการซ่อมบำรุงและการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สิน
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาแนวทางลดการสูญหาย ความเสียหาย และต้นทุนของทรัพย์สิน
• จัดทำรายงานสถานะทรัพย์สินและสรุปผลการดำเนินงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
• ดูแลและควบคุมทีมงานที่รับผิดชอบด้าน Asset ให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
