BOI & Import/Export Permit Officer - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• รับและตรวจสอบ Request สำหรับการนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้า
• ตรวจสอบเอกสาร เช่น Invoice, Packing List, Catalog และ BOI Certificate
• ตรวจสอบ HS Code รวมถึงกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้า
• ตรวจสอบความจำเป็นในการขอ Import / Export Permit
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารและดำเนินการยื่นขอใบอนุญาตกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ติดตามสถานะและประสานงานจนได้รับการอนุมัติ
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้า ทีม CS และทีม Customs
• ส่งข้อมูลและเอกสารให้ทีม Customs เพื่อดำเนินพิธีการศุลกากร
• จัดเก็บเอกสารและปิดงานในระบบ
