Customer Service Sales - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• รับ Inquiry / Request จากลูกค้า และสอบถามรายละเอียดความต้องการด้าน Logistics / Freight Forwarding
• ตรวจสอบและเปรียบเทียบ Freight Rate / Service Rate จาก Carrier และ Vendor เพื่อจัดทำต้นทุน
• จัดทำและนำเสนอ Quotation ให้กับลูกค้า พร้อมติดตามผลการเสนอราคา
• ประสานงานกับทีม Operation / Transport / Customs เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเริ่มให้บริการ
• ติดตามสถานะการดำเนินงานของ Shipment และอัปเดตข้อมูลให้ลูกค้าทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการให้บริการ เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้า
• ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับ ลูกค้าปัจจุบัน พร้อมติดตามความต้องการและโอกาสทางธุรกิจเพิ่มเติม
• สนับสนุนทีม Sales ในการเสนอราคา ติดตามลูกค้า และพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
• สนับสนุนการหาลูกค้าใหม่และสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• จัดทำรายงานด้านการขาย Quotation และสถานะลูกค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• เพศหญิง
• อายุไม่เกิน 33 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขา Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service / Sales Coordinator / Freight Forwarding / Logistics อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Import-Export หรือ Logistics จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Freight Rate, Carrier, Vendor, Quotation และกระบวนการขนส่ง
• มีทักษะในการประสานงานและสื่อสารกับลูกค้า รวมถึงหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก
• สามารถจัดทำ Quotation และติดตามงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office / Excel ได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและเขียนอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษได้
• มี Service Mind, ความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
