Operation Supervisor - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• ดูแลการจัดเตรียม การรับยอด การคัดแยก การเปลี่ยนลัง และการหยิบสินค้า (Picking) ให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง ทันเวลา และมีประสิทธิภาพ
• กำกับดูแลกระบวนการโหลดสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• บริหารจัดการและดำเนินการกับสินค้าที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (NC) และสินค้าชำรุด
• ควบคุมดูแลอัตรากำลังคนและพื้นที่คลังสินค้าให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องจักรต่างๆ ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่เสมอ
• ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และดูแลการบันทึกข้อมูลการรับ การจัดเก็บ และการจ่ายสินค้าในระบบ SAP
• ริเริ่มและปรับปรุงวิธีการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดการคลังสินค้า
• วางแผน ควบคุม และจัดการกำลังคน พื้นที่ การจัดสินค้า การรับสินค้า การจ่ายสินค้า การคัดแยก การเปลี่ยนลัง การหยิบสินค้า (Picking) และการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในการทำงาน ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้

• มีประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปีในด้าน Logistics, Warehouse, กระบวนการจัดเก็บและกระจายสินค้า
• สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์และทำงานเป็นกะได้
• มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า, ความเป็นผู้นำ, ความอดทน, มนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, การจัดการโลจิสติกส์, วิศวกรรมโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
