Commercial - สารภี เชียงใหม่ - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• บริหารจัดการและสรุปยอดการจ่ายเงิน (Settlement) สำหรับรถขนส่งสินค้าและพนักงานขับรถของบริษัทผู้ให้บริการ (Vendor)
• จัดการและดูแลเอกสารต่าง ๆ ของพนักงานขับรถ
• ตรวจสอบ จัดเก็บ และอัปเดตเอกสารสำคัญของพนักงานขับรถให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย เช่น ใบอนุญาตขับขี่ ประวัติการฝึกอบรม และใบรับรองแพทย์ รวมถึงติดตามการต่ออายุเอกสารก่อนวันหมดอายุ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานขนส่งเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัย

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• อายุ 22–35 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Commercial, Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, Logistics หรือ Business Development อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
• มีทักษะด้านการประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานภายใน
• สามารถจัดทำและตรวจสอบ Quotation, Cost, Billing และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน Commercial ได้
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี เช่น SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP และ Pivot Table จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรอง
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Transportation / Warehouse จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
