• Leadership : Manage and synchronize local Marketing and Customer Service teams.
• Market Analysis : Monitor competitors (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) to optimize pricing and competitiveness.
• Reporting : Coordinate with Thailand HQ, providing market reports and implementing central policies.
• Data-Driven : Analyze weekly sales data to identify trends and new product opportunities.
• CS Excellence : Maintain high SLA standards and manage customer satisfaction to minimize returns.

• Education : Master’s Degree in Marketing, MBA, or related field.
• Experience : 8+ years in E-commerce or Marketplace management.
• Technical Skills : Expert in Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Competencies : Strong negotiation, excellent sales skills, and proficiency in English.
• Mindset : Creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and sales.
