2.วางแผนและเข้าปฏิบัติงาน PM ระบบโครงข่าย MPLS และอุปกรณ์ Network ตามรอบให้กับลูกค้าทั่วประเทศ

3.เดินทางเข้าหน้างาน (On-site) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาระบบหรืออุปกรณ์เครือข่ายชำรุด เสียหาย หรือทำงานผิดปกติอย่างเร่งด่วนทั่วประเทศ

4.ทำการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นผ่านระบบทางไกล (Remote Troubleshooting) เช่น ตรวจสอบ Routing (BGP, OSPF), ปัญหา Link ขัดข้อง หรือ Packet Drop

5.รายงานผลการทำงาน และจัดทำเอกสารงานซ่อมบำรุง/ติดตั้งตามที่กำหนด

6.สนับสนุนงานด้านเทคนิคอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการสื่อสารโทรคมนาคมของบริษัท
