Responsibilities
- Own localization projects across multiple countries (payments, menu, language, loyalty)
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for product and engineering teams
- Coordinate with R&D, product, and operations to ensure timely delivery
- Track progress across multiple expansion projects and identify risks early
- Align internal teams with market-specific requirements and constraints
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for international expansion
- Introduce, refine, and adjust processes as the organization scales and new challenges emerge
- Support market launches by ensuring readiness across all product dimensions
- Act as a central point of coordination across international stakeholders
- Other assignments as necessary.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experiences in overseas marketing, export sales or related fields with at least 5 years in leadership role.
- Proven experience in international sales, and cross-culture understanding is a must, preferably in the same industry.
- Understand and comply with all international trade regulations and compliance standards
- Resilient and able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Adaptability, Entrepreneur mindset, and strong analytical and problem- solving skill.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill in English (TOEIC score 750 or equivalent)
- Able to travel abroad to attend conferences, conventions, and client meetings.
