Responsibilities
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก้ปัญหาทางเทคนิค เกี่ยวกับตู้หรืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆให้แก่ทีมตัวแทน
- ประเมิน วิเคราะห์ และแนะนำแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาทางเทคนิคเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับ SLA ที่กำหนด
- ติดตามและควบคุมคุณภาพการแก้ปัญหาของทีมงาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าปัญหาที่ได้รับการแก้ไขอย่างถูกต้อง
- ทำงานร่วมกันกับทีมพัฒนาและฝ่ายเทคนิคอื่นๆ เพื่อส่งต่อข้อมูลปัญหาที่พบและหาแนวทางปรับปรุง
- จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงแนวทางการปรับปรุง
- พัฒนาแนวทางปฎิบัติที่ช่วยให้ทีมตัวแทนสามารถแก้ปัญหาได้เร็วขึ้นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- การให้อบรมและแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการแก้ไขปัญหาางเทคนิคแก่ทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 22 - 28 ปี
2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา วศบ. ไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
3. หากมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างและระบบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์หรือตู้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. มีความรับผิดชอบ มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ และความเป็นผู้นำ
5. สามารถทำงาน 5 วันหยุด 2 วัน ซึ่งไม่ตรงกับเสาร์-อาทิตย์หรือนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
6. สามารถปฏิบัติงานล่วงเวลาในวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้ (มี OT)
6. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี สามารถคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
7. สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ในกรุงเทพฯ หรือต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
8.สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ (07.00–16.00 น. และ 08.00–17.00 น.)
