Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including EPC, service, and technical agreements.
- Provide legal advice on the Public Procurement Act and relevant regulations for public organizations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks within innovation, engineering projects, and technical operations.
- Provide legal guidance on Intellectual Property (IP) rights, technology transfer, and PDPA compliance.
- Lead or support legal negotiations with enterprise clients, private partners, and international vendors.
- Manage the contract lifecycle and coordinate with external legal counsels or government agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
- At least 3 years of experience in legal drafting, contract review, or corporate legal operations.
- Valid Lawyer License.
- Good command of English, especially for reading and drafting legal documents.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills to work with technical teams.
- Knowledge or interest in contract law, PDPA, or public sector procurement is preferred.
