Responsibilities
- ออกแบบ วางแผน และบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานไอทีทั้งหมดขององค์กรให้มีเสถียรภาพ ปลอดภัย และพร้อมรองรับการขยายตัวของธุรกิจ
- ดูแลและจัดการระบบ Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Endpoint Management, Linux รวมถึงระบบ Virtualization ระดับสูงอย่าง VMware และ Nutanix (HCI)
- รับผิดชอบการตั้งค่าระบบ Server, Network, Security, Backup, ระบบกู้คืนข้อมูล (DR) รวมถึงระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV)
- ดำเนินการกำหนดค่า (Configuration) และแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshoot) ระบบ Firewall, VPN รวมถึงระบบเครือข่ายภายในและภายนอก (LAN / WAN / VLAN)
- ประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีม Developer และ Product Team เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมด้าน Infrastructure และสนับสนุนการ Deploy ระบบหรือแอปพลิเคชันใหม่ ๆ ของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาย IT / Computer Science / Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Infrastructure 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถดูแลและบริหารจัดการระบบปฏิบัติการ Linux และ Windows Server ได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีประสบการณ์กับระบบ VMware / Nutanix
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและสามารถจัดการระบบ Network: Firewall, VPN, DNS, Load Balancer และ VLAN ได้
- มีพื้นฐานและเข้าใจการทำงานของ Docker / Kubernetes เพื่อรองรับการทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาระบบ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน Monitoring Tools เช่น Grafana / Zabbix หรือเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดีเยี่ยม (สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม Dev / Product ได้ดี) มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันของระบบได้
