Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบต้นทุนวัตถุดิบ (Food Cost / Beverage Cost) และต้นทุนบรรจุภัณฑ์ ของทุกสาขาให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่บริษัทกำหนด
- วิเคราะห์ผลต่างต้นทุน (Variance Analysis) ระหว่างต้นทุนมาตรฐาน (Standard Cost / สูตร Recipe) กับต้นทุนที่เกิดขึ้นจริง (Actual Cost) พร้อมหาสาเหตุเมื่อเกิดความผิดปกติ
- คำนวณและประเมินมูลค่าสินค้าคงเหลือ (Inventory Valuation) ปลายงวดของวัตถุดิบและสินค้าในคลังสินค้า/หน้าร้านสาขา
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของยอดขายรายวัน กระทบยอด (Reconcile) ยอดขายจากระบบ POS เทียบกับยอดเงินที่ได้รับจริง ทั้งเงินสด, QR Code, บัตรเครดิต และระบบ Delivery Platforms (Grab, Lineman, Foodpanda ฯลฯ)
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการตัดสต๊อก ในระบบ POS เทียบกับการใช้จริง (Yield & Waste Management) และควบคุมดูแลการตรวจนับสต๊อกประจำเดือน (Physical Stock Take) ของหน้าร้านและครัวกลาง
- จัดทำรายงานต้นทุนและการสูญเสีย (Cost & Waste Report) พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะในการลดต้นทุน นำเสนอต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (Operations)
- ร่วมพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบการควบคุมภายใน (Internal Control) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวงจรจัดซื้อ-จัดเก็บ-เบิกจ่าย วัตถุดิบของร้านอาหาร
- บริหาร จัดสรรงาน และควบคุมดูแลทีมงานในแผนกต้นทุน ให้ทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและตามกำหนดเวลา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีต้นทุน ไม่น้อยกว่า 5-8 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านบัญชีต้นทุน/ควบคุมสต๊อก ในธุรกิจร้านอาหาร, โรงแรม หรือโรงงานผลิตอาหาร อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- เข้าใจด้านต้นทุนอาหาร (Food Cost Control) และงบการเงิน
- ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี (เช่น Express, QuickBooks) และระบบ POS ได้
- มีภาวะผู้นำ วางแผนงานเก่ง และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
