Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บเอกสารใบเสร็จ, ใบกำกับภาษี, บิลเงินสด เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลการซื้อวัตถุดิบลงระบบ POS ของร้าน ให้เสร็จสิ้น
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลน้ำหนักและชื่อสินค้าที่ไม่ชัดเจนเพื่อการคำนวณต้นทุนที่ถูกต้อง พร้อมปรับปรุงข้อมูลในระบบหลังการตรวจนับสต็อก
- ดำเนินการเปิด PR / PO ในระบบ สำหรับอุปกรณ์สำนักงานและวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง (ทิชชู, ถุงขยะ, น้ำยาทำความสะอาด ฯลฯ) จาก Supplier
- รับเรื่องแจ้งซ่อมอุปกรณ์ภายในร้าน และประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องผ่านระบบ AX
- ดูแลและประสานงานการเบิกจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายของร้านที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตัวแทนเจ้าของ (Owner Representative)
- อัปเดตข้อมูลการลงเวลาทำงาน (OT, วันลา, ขาด, สาย ของพนักงานภายในร้านอาหาร) ในระบบให้ตรงกับความเป็นจริง
- สรุปวันทำงานและค่าจ้างของพนักงานประจำและพนักงาน Casual เพื่อทำรายงานเสนออนุมัติเบิกจ่ายและส่งต่อให้แผนกบัญชี
- ประสานงานกับทีมหน้าร้านเรื่องการรับพนักงานใหม่ การลงเวลา และการจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงติดตามสถานะพนักงานช่วงทดลองงาน
- เข้าปฏิบัติงานที่ร้าน อย่างน้อยเดือนละ 2 ครั้ง (ก่อนวันที่ 10 และ 25 ของเดือน) เพื่อตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของเอกสารและระบบงาน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานฝ่ายธุรการ, ประสานงาน หรือธุรการจัดซื้อมาไม่เกิน 5 ปี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นธุรการในเครือธุรกิจร้านอาหารจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทำงานของร้านอาหาร (ระบบ POS, สต็อกวัตถุดิบ, Service Charge)
- มีทักษะ Excel ในระดับดี (สามารถใช้สูตรเพื่อสรุป Report ได้)
- ความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง (Attention to detail) และมีความซื่อสัตย์ในหน้าที่
- ทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายจัดการและพนักงานหน้าร้านได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานวัน เสาร์เว้นเสาร์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการสรุปยอดบัญชีและการจัดการข้อมูลพนักงานประจำเดือน
