Responsibilities
1. Strategic Production & Operational Leadership
- วางแผนและกำกับดูแลกลยุทธ์การผลิต: ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่กระบวนการ Crushing, Screening, Blending ไปจนถึง Bagging ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายขององค์กรทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
- บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรแบบองค์รวม: บริหารจัดการทีมผู้จัดการ (Managerial Level), เครื่องจักร, และวัตถุดิบ (Raw Material) ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด (High Utilization) และสอดคล้องกับงบประมาณที่ได้รับ
- การตัดสินใจระดับสูง: วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้างในกระบวนการผลิตและคลังสินค้า พร้อมจัดทำรายงานเชิงลึกและข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการตัดสินใจต่อคณะผู้บริหาร
2. Financial Acumen & Cost Optimization
- ควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต (Cost/Ton): วิเคราะห์และควบคุมโครงสร้างต้นทุนอย่างละเอียด (Fuel, Electricity, Manpower, Maintenance) เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการกำไร
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่ม Yield, ลดการทำงานซ้ำ (Reprocess) และลดเวลาที่เครื่องจักรหยุดทำงาน (Downtime) อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
- จัดทำและควบคุมงบประมาณรายจ่าย (OPEX) และงบลงทุน (CAPEX) ในส่วนงานผลิตและซ่อมบำรุง
3. Advanced Production Planning & S&OP
- บูรณาการซัพพลายเชน ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายขนส่ง และฝ่ายขาย เพื่อทำ S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) ให้ยอดการผลิตสอดคล้องกับ Demand และ RM ที่มี
- บริหารสมดุลสินค้าคงคลังและวางแผนการผลิตเพื่อจัดสรรสัดส่วนขนาดสินค้า (Product Size Balance) ให้ถูกต้องตามความต้องการตลาด เพื่อป้องกันสินค้าค้างสต็อก (Dead Stock) และดูแลให้สินค้าในคลังมีปริมาณที่เหมาะสมอยู่เสมอ
4. Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน (QA/QC) และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าอย่างเคร่งครัด
- ส่งเสริมมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (HSE) และสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ (High Performing Team)
- ริเริ่มโครงการปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement) เช่น LEAN หรือ TPM เพื่อเพิ่ม Productivity ของโรงงาน
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ 10-15 ปีในสายงานผลิตอุตสาหกรรมหนัก (เช่น ถ่านหิน, เหมืองแร่, ปูนซีเมนต์, วัสดุก่อสร้าง หรือ Biomass) โดยต้องมีประสบการณ์ระดับบริหารไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
- ทักษะในการใช้ Excel ขั้นสูง (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ตัวเลขต้นทุนและ KP
- มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Production Planning หรือ S&OP เป็นอย่างดี (ไม่ใช่แค่คุมคนงาน แต่ต้องวางแผนตัวเลขเป็น)
- มีความเด็ดขาดในการแก้ปัญหาหน้างาน (Decision Making) และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารประสานงานระหว่างแผนกที่ยอดเยี่ยม
