Responsibilities
- ควบคุมดูแลการดำเนินงานของร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน บริหารจัดการคุณภาพและรสชาติอาหาร (ไทย-จีน) ให้คงที่ รวมถึงตรวจสอบความสะอาดและสุขอนามัยทั่วทั้งบริเวณร้าน
- ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อดูแลสัตว์เพื่อรักษาความสะอาดและความปลอดภัยในโซนสวนสัตว์ ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสัตว์ได้รับการดูแลอย่างเหมาะสม และไม่มีผลกระทบด้านกลิ่นหรือสุขอนามัยต่อส่วนร้านอาหาร
- คัดเลือก ฝึกอบรม และจัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงาน (พนักงานบริการ, พนักงานครัว และพนักงานดูแลสัตว์) พร้อมทั้งสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ดีและกระตุ้นประสิทธิภาพของทีม
- วางแผนงานและจัดเตรียมระบบรองรับการขยายตัวในอนาคต สำหรับการจัดงานแต่งงาน งานเลี้ยง และงานสัมมนา รวมถึงการประสานงานกับ Supplier หรือ Wedding Planner
- ผลักดันยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย ควบคุมต้นทุนอาหาร (Food Cost) และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มผลกำไรให้กับธุรกิจ
- รับผิดชอบการบริการลูกค้า แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และนำคำติชมมาพัฒนาปรับปรุงบริการให้เป็นจุดเด่นของอำเภอหนองใหญ่
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหารร้านอาหาร (Manager / Assistant Manager) อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี หากเคยผ่านงานร้านอาหารขนาดใหญ่หรือร้านที่มีโซนกิจกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานอาหารไทย-จีน และมีทักษะหรือความสนใจในการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่สำหรับจัดงานเลี้ยง (Event & Venue Management)
- เป็นคนรักสัตว์ (Animal Friendly) มีความเข้าใจและสามารถบริหารจัดการธุรกิจที่มีส่วนประกอบของสัตว์และคาเฟ่อยู่ในพื้นที่เดียวกันได้
- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการคน (People Skill) ที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับคนหลากหลายกลุ่มได้
- มีไหวพริบในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันหรือในช่วงเวลาที่มีลูกค้าหนาแน่นได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่อำเภอหนองใหญ่ จังหวัดชลบุรี และทำงานในวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ หรือวันนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
