Responsibilities
งานด้านกระแสเงินสด ( Cash Flow )
- ประมาณการรายรับ-จ่าย
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์กระแสเงินสดของบริษัทอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีความเพียงพอต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจและการลงทุนต่างๆ
- จัดทำรายงานกระแสเงินสดและการวางแผนการใช้เงินของบริษัท เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในระดับสูงงานด้านการเงินต่างประเทศ
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์วงเงิน LC และการใช้งานในธุรกิจนำเข้าและขายพลังงานถ่านหิน/ชีวมวล เพื่อให้มีการใช้วงเงินอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องในการขอวงเงิน LC และติดตามการดำเนินการจนถึงการชำระเงิน
งานด้านบริหารการเงิน
- บริหารการเงินของธุรกิจในเครือ รวมถึงการจัดการการลงทุนและการบริหารความเสี่ยง
- ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทางการเงินสำหรับกลุ่มธุรกิจต่างๆ ในเครือ เพื่อให้มีความคล่องตัวทางการเงินและเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนงานด้านการจ่าย
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติการชำระเงินต่างๆ ตามนโยบายของบริษัท
- ดูแลการชำระเงินให้มีความถูกต้องและตรงเวลา โดยเฉพาะในธุรกิจนำเข้าและธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการซื้อขายพลังงาน
งานด้านกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร
- จัดทำกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร
- ตรวจสอบรายการรับ-จ่าย
- บันทึกค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคารและบันทึกการโอนเงินระหว่างบัญชี
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินที่สำคัญ เช่น งบกระแสเงินสด, งบการเงิน, และการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบจากปัจจัยต่างๆ
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานและประเด็นทางการเงินที่สำคัญต่อ หัวหน้างานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขาการเงิน, บัญชี, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน การชำระเงิน (Payment), Cash Flow หรือ Finance Operations อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Trading, Import-Export หรือธุรกิจพลังงาน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับธุรกรรมทางการเงินทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เช่น LC, TT, Bank Transfer และธุรกรรมผ่านธนาคาร
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี เช่น Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP และการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ ERP เช่น Microsoft Dynamics AX หรือระบบอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

All the coals imported by the company are only the best materials from our trusted coalmine partners of over 20 years, clean and do not generate pollution or harm to the ecosystem.
It could be used for various functions such as water purification, iron/steel smelting, production of battery cases, dark glasses and also as a form of renewable energy.
