Responsibilities
การบริหารจัดการด้านบัญชีต้นทุน (Cost Accounting Management)
- จัดทำ คำนวณ และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของโครงสร้างต้นทุนทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาหาร (Food Cost) และเครื่องดื่ม (Beverage Cost) ของร้านอาหารในเครือ ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและเปรียบเทียบราคาวัตถุดิบและสินค้าที่จัดซื้อกับราคาตลาดหรือคู่ค้า เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความผันผวนของต้นทุน รวมถึงควบคุมไม่ให้เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกินงบประมาณ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบส่งของ (Delivery Invoice) ใบรับสินค้า และเอกสารการสั่งซื้อ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลสินค้าและราคาถูกต้องตรงกันก่อนส่งต่อให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและวัตถุดิบ (Inventory & Stock Control)
- ตรวจสอบยอดและจัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดคงเหลือประจำวัน/ประจำเดือน ของการรับสินค้า การเบิกจ่าย และการโอนย้ายวัตถุดิบระหว่างสาขาหรือครัวกลาง
- กระทบยอดสินค้า (Stock Reconciliation): ประสานงานและร่วมตรวจสอบการนับสินค้าคงคลังจริง (Physical Count) เพื่อนำมาเปรียบเทียบกับข้อมูลในระบบ และวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุในกรณีที่เกิดผลต่าง (Variance) ของวัตถุดิบ
- สนับสนุนและร่วมมือกับทีมควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC) และฝ่ายปฏิบัติการหน้าร้าน ในการควบคุมปริมาณการสูญเสีย (Waste) ของวัตถุดิบเพื่อลดต้นทุนที่ไม่จำเป็น
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานบัญชีต้นทุน หรือบัญชีสินค้าคงคลัง สำหรับธุรกิจผลิต (Manufacturing) หรือธุรกิจร้านอาหาร (Restaurant/Hospitality) อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงในการทำบัญชีและควบคุมต้นทุนสำหรับธุรกิจร้านอาหารประเภทหลายสาขา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมระบบบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรองค์กร ERP Ax (Microsoft Dynamics AX) ได้ในระดับดี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการดึงข้อมูล ตรวจสอบ และใช้งานระบบ POS (Point of Sale) ของร้านอาหาร
- ความแม่นยำในเรื่องการคำนวณต้นทุนอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (Food & Beverage Costing) และเข้าใจระบบการเดินเอกสารคลังสินค้า (Inflow-Outflow)
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ในระดับสูง (เช่น VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, สูตรคำนวณขั้นพื้นฐานถึงกลาง) เพื่อการทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต้นทุนได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบริหารจัดการเวลาให้ทันตามกำหนดการปิดงบต้นทุนประจำเดือนได้
