Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการระบบลูกหนี้การค้า (AR) ของกลุ่มบริษัท เพื่อรักษาเสถียรภาพสภาพคล่องทางการเงิน, ประเมินและควบคุมความเสี่ยงด้านสินเชื่อ, พัฒนากระบวนการทำงานของทีมให้มีประสิทธิภาพ, และกำกับดูแลการติดตามหนี้สินให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบ, วิเคราะห์ และอนุมัติการขอเปิดวงเงินเครดิตของลูกค้าใหม่ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายเครดิต (Credit Policy) ของบริษัท
- ทบทวนและประเมินอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือทางการเงินของลูกค้าปัจจุบันอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อปรับปรุงวงเงินหรือเงื่อนไขการชำระเงินให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์
- ตรวจสอบรายงานอายุลูกหนี้ (Aging AR) รายสัปดาห์, วิเคราะห์และจัดลำดับความเสี่ยงของกลุ่มลูกค้าที่มียอดค้างชำระสูงสุด เพื่อวางกลยุทธ์การจัดเก็บเงิน
- ควบคุมดูแลและเร่งรัดการจัดเก็บหนี้ที่เกินกำหนดชำระ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มลูกหนี้ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงหรือมียอดค้างชำระสะสม
- กำกับดูแลระบบการออกเอกสารแจ้งเตือนหนี้ค้างชำระ (Dunning Letter) ตามขั้นตอนที่บริษัทกำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายกฎหมายหรือหน่วยงานภายนอกในการดำเนินคดีและติดตามผลกลุ่มลูกค้าที่ถูกฟ้องร้องดำเนินคดี
- คิดค้น, วางแผน และผลักดันโครงการต่างๆ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน, ลดระยะเวลาการทำงาน หรือนำเทคโนโลยีมาปรับใช้ในทีม AR
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อติดตาม Sales Forecast และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เชื่อมโยงกับแนวโน้มยอดจัดเก็บเงินในอนาคต
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำ Reconcile ยอดลูกหนี้การค้า (AR) ของทุกบริษัทในกลุ่มให้ถูกต้องตามระบบบัญชี
- จัดทำ, ตรวจสอบ และวิเคราะห์ประมาณการกระแสเงินสดรับ-จ่าย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษัทมีสภาพคล่องเพียงพอในการดำเนินธุรกิจ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาบัญชี, การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการเงินลูกหนี้ (AR), การควบคุมสินเชื่อ (Credit Control) หรือการเงินโดยรวมอย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี
- ความเชี่ยวชาญเชิงลึกในการประเมินเครดิต (Credit Assessment) และความเข้าใจในกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตามหนี้สิน
- ความสามารถในการจัดทำและวิเคราะห์รายงานทางการเงิน เช่น Cash Flow, AR Aging และรายงานเชิงบริหาร
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานระบบ ERP (เช่น SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) และ Microsoft Excel (ระดับ Advanced) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง (Negotiation) และการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างาน (Supervisor) หรือบริหารทีมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
