Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุม Restaurant Operation ในภาพรวม ทั้งงานบริการ หน้าร้าน ทีมงาน และมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
- วางแผนกำลังคน มอบหมายงาน ควบคุมและพัฒนาทีม รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ดูแลมาตรฐาน Service, Food Quality, Cleanliness และ Customer Experience
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ ยอดขาย จำนวนลูกค้า Average Check ต้นทุน และผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมเสนอแนวทางเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและกำไร
- ออกพบลูกค้านอกสถานที่ เพื่อสร้างยอดขายและรายได้ให้กับร้าน
- นำเสนอและขาย Function / Event / Private Party / Corporate Event / Catering / Group Dining
- สร้างและดูแลฐานลูกค้า รวมถึงสร้าง Connection กับบริษัท องค์กร โรงแรม Event Organizer และ Business Partner อื่นๆ
- ดูแล Sales Process ตั้งแต่ หาลูกค้า → นำเสนอ → เสนอราคา → เจรจา → ปิดการขาย → ประสานงาน → ส่งมอบงาน → รายงานผู้บริหาร
- พัฒนาและนำเสนอ Function Package, Event Package, Set Menu, Promotion และรูปแบบการขายใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ รวมกับทีมMarketing
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายครัว ฝ่ายบริการ ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและส่งมอบงานให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ติดตาม Sales Pipeline, Leads, Conversion และยอดขายจาก Function/Event ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย ผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา และโอกาสทางธุรกิจ พร้อมนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี สาขาการโรงแรม บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Restaurant / Hotel / F&B / Event / Sales / Catering อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ระดับ Supervisor / Assistant Manager หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Event / Sales / Business Development จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทั้ง Restaurant Operation และ Function/Event Sales จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้าน Sales, Presentation, Negotiation และ Closing
- สามารถบริหารทีม ควบคุม Operation และแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสร้าง Connection, Business Network และฐานลูกค้าใหม่
- มีความเข้าใจธุรกิจร้านอาหาร สามารถนำเสนอ Menu / Package / Function ให้เหมาะกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ยอดขาย ต้นทุน และกำไรเบื้องต้นได้
- มี Leadership, Service Mindset และ Business Mindset
- มีความกระตือรือร้น กล้าคิด กล้าตัดสินใจ และมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่ สามารถเดินทางออกนอกสถานที่เพื่อพบลูกค้าและนำเสนองานได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันหยุดและวันนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- หากสามารถสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีน ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
