Responsibilities
- กำกับดูแลและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของบริษัทฯ รวมถึงการตรวจสอบการใช้อุปกรณ์คุ้มครองความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคล (PPE) ที่ถูกต้อง
- วิเคราะห์งานเพื่อชี้บ่งอันตราย กำหนดมาตรการป้องกัน และวางขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย
- ดำเนินการ ตรวจสอบ และอนุมัติเอกสารใบอนุญาตทำงาน ก่อนเริ่มงาน
- ออกแบบและจัดทำแบบตรวจสอบ ด้านความปลอดภัย สำหรับตรวจเช็กพื้นที่ เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์การทำงาน
- วางแผนและควบคุมงานด้านจราจรในพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง เช่น การติดตั้งป้ายเตือน การจัดตั้งแบริเออร์ และสัญญาณไฟเตือนความปลอดภัย
- ประเมินและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าด้านความปลอดภัยที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ได้อย่างทันท่วงที
- รวบรวม สรุปสถิติอุบัติเหตุ/ความปลอดภัย และจัดทำรายงานเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- สื่อสารและประสานงานด้านความปลอดภัยกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานระดับเทคนิคตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านความปลอดภัยในงานก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ Work Permit, การออกแบบ Safety Checklist และการตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบการจัดการจราจรในพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง รวมถึงการตั้งป้าย, แบริเออร์ และไฟสัญญาณ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง, การแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และทักษะการสื่อสาร/เจรจาต่อรอง
- สามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด และทำงานในช่วงเวลากลางคืน (Night Shift) ได้
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล พร้อมใบขับขี่ และสามารถนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้

At the beginning, our company had pioneered into establishing a coalmine in Wansapoong district of Loei province.
