Responsibilities
- วางแผนและดำเนินการสำรวจพื้นที่หน้างาน วิเคราะห์แบบก่อสร้าง พร้อมจัดทำรายการประมาณราคาและวัสดุก่อสร้าง (Bill of Quantities) เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนงานก่อสร้าง
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และติดตามการดำเนินงานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด รวมถึงประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อการสื่อสารข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง
- บริหารจัดการงบประมาณโครงการก่อสร้าง และประสานงานกับผู้ควบคุมงาน ผู้รับเหมา และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้างด้านปริมาณ คุณภาพ และระยะเวลาที่กำหนด โดยใช้รายงานการตรวจงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมดูแลความสะอาดและความปลอดภัยภายในพื้นที่โครงการ
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา การก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งโฟร์แมนก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างถนน สะพาน หรือพื้นลานสินค้า
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีรถจักรยานยนต์หรือรถยนต์ส่วนตัวเพื่อใช้ในการเดินทางมาปฏิบัติงาน

At the beginning, our company had pioneered into establishing a coalmine in Wansapoong district of Loei province.

It could be used for various functions such as water purification, iron/steel smelting, production of battery cases, dark glasses and also as a form of renewable energy.
