Responsibilities
- วางแผนการขาย พยากรณ์ยอดขาย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคู่แข่งในตลาดเพื่อจัดทำแผนส่งเสริมการขายที่สร้างผลกำไรสูงสุดให้แก่องค์กร
- กำหนดเป้าหมายและวางแผนการเจาะกลุ่มลูกค้าใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ พร้อมทั้งสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้ารายใหญ่ (Key Accounts)
- นำทีมงาน ประชุมชี้แจงเป้าหมาย ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และร่วมเดินทางไปเยี่ยมลูกค้าในพื้นที่กับพนักงานขาย เพื่อช่วยปิดการขายและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- ควบคุมการเก็บหนี้ให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาและครบถ้วน เพื่อรักษาเสถียรภาพทางการเงินของทีม
- จัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี และดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานสอดคล้องกับระบบมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด, การขาย, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมขาย
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ, การเจรจาต่อรอง และความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และพยากรณ์ยอดขาย
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบการจัดส่งสินค้า, การเก็บหนี้ และการวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง

Thailand Anthracite Co., Ltd. is one of the leaders and experts in the coal industry for over 20 years. Founded in 1992, the company has been experiencing continuous growth and as of currently, has a registered capital amounting to 200 million Baht.
At the beginning, our company had pioneered into establishing a coalmine in Wansapoong district of Loei province.
Problem had arisen as the overall supply of coals in Thailand has dropped in contrast to the increased in demand.
In response to this, Thailand Anthracite Co.,Ltd started importing coals for further processing before distributing locally and internationally.
All the coals imported by the company are only the best materials from our trusted coalmine partners of over 20 years, clean and do not generate pollution or harm to the ecosystem.
It could be used for various functions such as water purification, iron/steel smelting, production of battery cases, dark glasses and also as a form of renewable energy.
