Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและกำกับดูแลงานก่อสร้างที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง เช่น งานขุดเจาะลึก งานในที่อับอากาศ และงานประกายไฟ
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติใบอนุญาตทำงานที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงก่อนเริ่มงานก่อสร้างประจำวัน
- ตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยของเครื่องจักรหนัก เช่น เครน รถเครน รถแบคโฮ ระบบนั่งร้าน รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าชั่วคราวในหน้างาน
- ร่วมกับวิศวกรโครงการจัดทำ Job Safety Analysis (JSA) เพื่อระบุอันตรายในแต่ละขั้นตอนการก่อสร้างและกำหนดมาตรการป้องกัน
- กำกับดูแล ตรวจสอบ และกวดขันให้ผู้รับเหมาทุกรายปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด
- จัดอบรมความปลอดภัยเบื้องต้น (Safety Induction) ให้แก่พนักงานใหม่และผู้รับเหมา
- จัดทำและซักซ้อมแผนฉุกเฉินเฉพาะหน้างานก่อสร้าง เช่น แผนระงับอัคคีภัย แผนรับมืออุบัติเหตุ หรือแผนกรณีคนตกจากที่สูง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีใบรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยวิชาชีพตามกฎหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในสายงานความปลอดภัยระดับวิชาชีพในงานก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 5 – 7 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้างโดยเฉพาะ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- สามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดและทำงานในช่วงเวลากลางคืน (Night Shift) ได้
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลพร้อมใบขับขี่ และสามารถนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้
- หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
