Responsibilities
· ต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้า พร้อมแนะนำเมนูและโปรโมชั่น
· รับ Order และบันทึกรายการในระบบ POS ให้ถูกต้อง
· รับชำระเงิน เงินสด / บัตร / QR Code และตรวจสอบยอดเงิน
· ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินและ ใบกำกับภาษี
· ตรวจสอบเมนู ราคา และโปรโมชั่นในระบบ POS
· หากเมนูไม่มีปุ่มใน POS หรือไม่สามารถขายได้ ห้ามคิดราคาเองนอกระบบ และต้องแจ้งหัวหน้างานทันที
· ตรวจสอบและปิดยอดขายประจำวัน รวมถึงเงินสดและช่องทางการชำระเงินต่าง ๆ
· ดูแลและนำส่ง/ฝากเงินตามขั้นตอนของบริษัท พร้อมจัดเก็บหลักฐาน
· ดูแลเอกสารและความเรียบร้อยบริเวณแคชเชียร์
· หากมีแคชเชียร์มากกว่า 1 ท่าน และมีพนักงานเพียงพอ สามารถออกมาช่วยงาน Service ตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
· ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวช./ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่า
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งแคชเชียร์หรือบริการลูกค้า 1-2 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องคิดเงินหรือระบบ POS พื้นฐาน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและซื่อสัตย์ในการจัดการเงินสด
- ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีใจรักงานบริการ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ รวมถึงวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในร้านอาหารจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
