Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provides first-level support for customer’s inquiries and complaints; follows standard processes.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all interactions are respectful and considerate of cultural differences.
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate cases when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues related to product quality, delivery, and other concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to find effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Higher Vocational Education or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in using Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably with international clients or Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, patience, enthusiastic, and openness to learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
• Fair in English – Writing for Email communication.
