Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงาน การผลิตทั้งในด้านปริมาณ คุณภาพ ต้นทุน ปัญหา และการแก้ไข ปรับปรุง เพื่อให้เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องตามกระบวนการ ขั้นตอน และวิธีการที่กำหนดไว้ เพื่อผลิตสินค้าให้ได้มาตรฐาน ระบบคุณภาพ และ ปลอดภัย ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
- ช่วยเหลือ ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์สาเหตุและการปรับปรุงแก้ไข ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต
- ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตของแผนกให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- ควบคุมกำลังคนให้สามารถผลิตสินค้าได้ตามแผนที่กำหนด และได้ตาม KPI
- ควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบวินัยอยู่เสมอ
- ควบคุมการทำ AM เครื่องจักรให้มีความพร้อมอยู่เสมอ
- เป็นหัวหน้าทีมในการคิดค้น พัฒนา ปรับปรุง กระบวนการทำงานโดยใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆ เช่น Kaizen, AM/PM,5ส
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 25-30 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี สาขา อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการผลิต อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ระยะเวลาที่จำกัดได้
- สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
- ปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ และ เสาร์เว้นเสาร์ หยุดวันอาทิตย์
