Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานด้านการผลิต ทั้งในเชิงปริมาณ คุณภาพ และต้นทุน รวมถึงปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไข เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกระบวนการ มาตรฐานระบบคุณภาพ และข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์สาเหตุ และปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต
- ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตของแผนกให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- บริหารจัดการกำลังคนเพื่อให้สามารถผลิตสินค้าได้ตามแผนและบรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI
- กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบวินัย
- ควบคุมการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรเชิงรุก (AM) เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
- นำทีมในการคิดค้น พัฒนา และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานโดยใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น Kaizen, AM/PM และ 5ส
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 25-30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดีกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ข้อจำกัดด้านเวลาได้
- สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08:00 - 17:40 น. และวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ เวลา 08:00 - 17:00 น.
