Sales Executive - Menam Stainless Wire Public Co., Ltd.

• Manage sales activities and coordinate customer orders for general, stainless steel grating products.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor data to develop business strategies.
• Ensure continuous follow-up on both new and existing customer orders.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, resolving issues in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor stock availability and forecast weekly and monthly sales in collaboration with Sales Coordinators.
• Collect and relay customer issues to the R&D team for resolution, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Gather detailed information for the onboarding process of new customers.
• Participate in and support KPI achievement to meet company goals while contributing to corporate initiatives.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, both domestically and internationally.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales (experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus).
• Team management experience and strong leadership skills.
• Well-groomed appearance with confidence.
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs, such as MS Office.
• Good command of spoken and written English, including email correspondence.
• Active and results-driven salesperson with experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
