Import-Export Coordinator (Chinese Speaking) - Menam Stainless Wire Public Co., Ltd.

• Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and verification of international shipping documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Certificates of Origin (Form E)
• Supply Chain Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between overseas suppliers (primarily in China), freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Logistics & Tracking: Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular status updates to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance.
• Compliance: Ensure all import-export activities comply with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Linguistic Support: Assist in translating business correspondence and communicating with Chinese partners to ensure operational accuracy.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics Management, Business Chinese, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Minimum HSK Level 3 (Chinese) with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of import-export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
