Import - Export Officer (Chinese National) - Menam Stainless Wire Public Co., Ltd.

• Coordinate and manage all import and export operations between Thailand and China.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, COA, and other customs documents).

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and couriers to negotiate rates and track shipments.

• Work closely with internal departments (Production, Sales, Warehouse) to ensure timely delivery.

• Handle customs clearance procedures and resolve any logistical issues.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• ประสานงานและจัดการกระบวนการนำเข้า-ส่งออกทั้งหมดระหว่างไทยและจีน

• จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารการขนส่ง (Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, COA และเอกสารศุลกากรอื่นๆ)

• ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Freight Forwarder, ชิปปิ้ง และตัวแทนขนส่ง เพื่อเช็คราคาและติดตามสถานะสินค้า

• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ภายใน (ฝ่ายผลิต, ฝ่ายขาย, คลังสินค้า) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสินค้าจัดส่งตรงตามกำหนด

• ดูแลขั้นตอนการผ่านพิธีการศุลกากรและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่เกิดขึ้น

• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• Chinese National only.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.

• Proficient in Thai (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).

• Good understanding of import-export regulations and customs procedures.

• 1-2 years of experience in Import-Export documentation is preferred.

• High attention to detail, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, โลจิสติกส์, การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)

• มีความเข้าใจในกฎระเบียบการนำเข้า-ส่งออก และพิธีการศุลกากรเป็นอย่างดี

• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านเอกสาร Import-Export 1-2 ปีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี

• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (Excel, Word) ได้คล่องแคล่ว
