Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม และพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพของโรงงานให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากลและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- ควบคุมดูแลและวิเคราะห์ตรวจสอบโครงสร้างมหภาค/จุลภาคของวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์โดยใช้เครื่องมือ SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) และ Spectrometer เพื่อระบุส่วนผสมทางเคมีและความผิดปกติของชิ้นงานได้อย่างแม่นยำ
- นำการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหาเมื่อเกิดสิ่งผิดปกติในกระบวนการผลิตหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า พร้อมกำหนดมาตรการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
- ควบคุมดูแล ฝึกอบรม และพัฒนาทักษะวิศวกรและเจ้าหน้าที่ QA/QC ในการใช้งานเครื่องมือทดสอบในห้องปฏิบัติการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลและรักษาระบบบริหารคุณภาพขององค์กร เช่น ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 หรือระบบมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาวิศวกรรมโลหการ, วัสดุศาสตร์, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการด้าน QA/QC อย่างน้อย 7 ปี ในโรงงานผลิตโลหะ/เหล็ก/สเตนเลส หรืออุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมโลหะ, เหล็ก, สเตนเลส และอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดีในระบบมาตรฐานสากล (เช่น IATF16949) และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ด้านคุณภาพ (Core Tools, 8D Report, 5Why Analysis)
- มีประสบการณ์และความเข้าใจในการใช้งานและอ่านผลจากเครื่อง SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope)
- มีทักษะและความเข้าใจในการใช้เครื่อง Spectrometer เพื่อวิเคราะห์ค่าทางเคมีหรือสเปกตรัมของวัสดุ
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมงาน และสร้างความร่วมมือข้ามฝ่ายได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ทั้งการพูดและเขียน สำหรับการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- สามารถเข้ารับการสัมภาษณ์งานที่บริษัทได้ (On-site)
