Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมงานประกันคุณภาพ: วางแผน ควบคุม และพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพของโรงงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากลและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์โครงสร้างและวัสดุด้วยเครื่องมือพิเศษ: ควบคุมดูแลและลงมือวิเคราะห์ตรวจสอบโครงสร้างมหภาค/จุลภาคของวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยใช้เครื่องมือ SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) และ Spectrometer เพื่อวิเคราะห์ส่วนผสมทางเคมีและความผิดปกติของชิ้นงานได้อย่างแม่นยำ
- จัดการปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ: เป็นผู้นำในการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหา เมื่อเกิดสิ่งผิดปกติในกระบวนการผลิตหรือข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า พร้อมกำหนดมาตรการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
- พัฒนาทีมงานและระบบ: ควบคุมดูแล ฝึกอบรม และพัฒนาทักษะวิศวกรและเจ้าหน้าที่ QA/QC ให้สามารถใช้งานเครื่องมือทดสอบในห้องปฏิบัติการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานระบบมาตรฐาน: ดูแลและรักษาระบบบริหารคุณภาพขององค์กร (เช่น ISO 9001, IATF 16949 ,ISO14001หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
