Responsibilities
- จัดหาและจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบจากต่างประเทศตามแผนการผลิตและข้อกำหนด
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศเพื่อสั่งซื้อ ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง และแก้ไขปัญหา
- เจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขการค้ากับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อให้ได้ข้อเสนอที่ดีที่สุด
- จัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า-ส่งออก และประสานงานกับตัวแทนขนส่ง
- บันทึกข้อมูลการจัดซื้อ จัดการสต็อก และอัปเดตสถานะในระบบ ERP
- ติดตามสถานะการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสินค้ามาถึงตามกำหนด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ 1-3 ปี โดยเฉพาะวัตถุดิบ
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานระบบ ERP สำหรับงานจัดซื้อ
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ความเข้าใจในขั้นตอนการนำเข้า-ส่งออกและการติดต่อกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
